Subscription plans include a monthly allocation of credits. Credits are used when interacting with the AI assistant. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Additional credits may be purchased separately.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bogi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be verified before relying on it for important decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bogi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
