This data is accessed solely to help you manage, search, summarize, and respond to your emails through the Bogi assistant.

Google Calendar Integration

If you enable Calendar integration, we access:

  • Calendar event titles

  • Event descriptions and attendees

This data is accessed solely to help you view, manage, and create calendar events through the Bogi assistant.

Data Retention for Google Data

Google user data is processed in real-time to provide the service and is not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for session continuity. You can revoke Bogi's access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account settings.

We are committed to transparency about how your data, particularly Google user data, is shared:

AI Service Providers

To provide the Bogi AI assistant service, your data (including Google user data) may be processed by:

  • Anthropic (Claude) – Your conversations and relevant context, including Gmail and Calendar data when applicable, are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses

What We Do NOT Do

  • We do NOT sell your Google user data to third parties
  • We do NOT use your Google user data for advertising purposes
  • We do NOT transfer your Google user data to third parties for their independent use
  • We do NOT use your Google user data to train AI/ML models without your explicit consent

Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your information, including Google user data, only when required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or government request.

We use the information we collect to:

We do not use your personal conversations or Google user data to train AI models without your explicit consent. The AI providers we use (Anthropic and Google) process your data solely to provide responses and do not retain your data for training purposes under our agreements with them.

Anonymized and aggregated data that does not include Google user data may be used to improve our Service.
